Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Digital Mohalla, we strive to provide the best digital marketing, branding, and web development services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. This policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for such situations.

1. Service Cancellation

- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Service Cancellation Request".
- Please include your full name, project details, and reason for cancellation in your request.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide next steps.
- If a project has already commenced, we reserve the right to bill for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
a) Digital Marketing & Advertising Services
Before Campaign Setup
(100% refund minus processing fees)
During Setup
(70% refund)
Campaign Live
(No refund)
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, including but not limited to ad campaigns that have gone live, SEO services initiated, and social media management performed.
- For prepaid campaigns that have not yet launched, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs (20%) and any third-party expenses incurred.
- Performance-based services are not eligible for refunds based solely on results, as digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors, including market conditions.
b) Website Development & Branding Services
Within 48 Hours of Payment

Design Phase
(Up to 50% refund)
Development Phase
(Up to 25% refund)
After Completion
(No refund)
- Before Work Begins: Full refund (minus processing fees) if canceled within 48 hours of initial payment.
- During Design Phase: Up to 50% refund depending on work completed and resources allocated.
- During Development Phase: Up to 25% refund, less costs incurred and work completed.
- After Completion: No refunds once the project has been delivered and approved.
- Revision Period: If you're within the revision period as specified in your contract, we will prioritize addressing your concerns before considering refund requests.
c) Subscription-Based Services
- Monthly subscription services (e.g., social media management, SEO maintenance) can be canceled at any time by providing 30 days' written notice.
- Refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle, but future billing cycles will be stopped.
- Annual subscription plans paid in advance may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused months, less a 15% administration fee.
- Special promotional rates or discounted packages are non-refundable.
Important: For all refund requests, the original payment method will be used. If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- All approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Bank transfers and other payment methods may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
- If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
- Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances outside our control, modified refund terms may apply.
- Custom Digital Products: Once delivered, custom-made digital products, strategy documents, and consultation sessions are non-refundable.
- Dissatisfaction Claims: If you're unhappy with our services, we prioritize resolving issues through revisions and improvements before considering refunds.
- Legal Compliance: We reserve the right to refuse refunds for projects that request services that violate our terms of service or applicable laws.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied or have other concerns about this policy:

- Our management team will review your case and respond within 5 business days
